Ingredients for filling: (For 12 medium sized Modak):

  1. Freshly grated coconut – 1&1/2 cup
  2. Organic jaggary – ¾ cup
  3. 2 tsps. Pure Foods Organic A2 Cow ghee
  4. 1 tsp saffron
  5. 7 pods of green cardamoms

Ingredients for covering:

  1. Rice flour – approx. 1 cup
  2. Water – 1 1/2 cups
  3. Pinch of salt
  4. Half tsp Ghee
