Refund Policy

We do not have a return or refund policy on food items which have been purchased and have been delivered or are out for delivery. If you have made a purchase and the purchased item is not dispatched you can cancel your order. Simply send an email to hello@purefoodorganics@gmail.com and we will initiate the cancellation. We will refund the full amount from our bank account and the amount will get credited back to you through your method of payment within a few days. In case you do not receive the refund within ten working days please write back to us at hello@purefoodorganics.com

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Free shipping is applicable within India only.

• For International Couriers please write to us at hello@purefoodorganics.com

• A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

• If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.

• If any of the ordered items are not in stock we will manufacture them and ship them to you within 7 working days. We will inform you if this occurs.

• Your order’s tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
